Help! I have started developing really bad acne. Any suggestions?

So lately I have started getting really bad acne. I cannot afford a dermitologist at the moment and have tried the toothpaste and it does not work for me. It is only getting worse. I already am on a three step cleansing system and it works alright, but I am STILL breaking out... any suggestions?Help! I have started developing really bad acne. Any suggestions?
I'm twenty, and suffered from acne until quite recently. I've tried many products, but nothing consistently worked. Then a couple months ago I tried a new system from Kohl's department stores. It's called the Good Start kit, from their Good Skin line in the beauty department. It's $20 for a kit that will last you about three weeks. The system completely eliminated my moderate to cystic acne.

The full size products may seem expensive, but they last a long time. I use the All Right Medicated Cleanser two to three times a day, the All Right Oil-Free Lotion every night, and the All Right Purifying Toner once a week (toners aren't necessary if you don't need to remove make-up). These products are turquoise and white. They cost $12, $17.50, and $12 respectively. The All Right Spot Treatment is $8.50 and very effective -- though if you use the whole system, you probably won't even need it.

It's extremely important to exfoliate twice a week with this system. It might slightly dry your skin out, so you need to get rid of the dead skin cells that will clog your pores and make you break out. I use the Good Skin Microcrystal Skin Refinisher once or twice a week. It removes any flakes of dry skin I have on my face. Be very gentle with this product -- when rubbing circles on your face, don't grind it in. You could create small scratches that could get infected with bacteria. I know this sounds scary, but if you use it properly with lots of water, it works like a dream.

The sales assistant in the beauty department should give you samples of the Microcrystal Skin Refinisher that would last a few months. Don't be afraid to ask for them -- they always have them available, and they know that $25 dollars is expensive to buy a scrub that you don't know if you even like. Kohl's often has sales on their different beauty lines -- anything from 10 to 20% off. That's when I buy the full-sized products.

Kohl's has a good return policy. You can return beauty merchandise within ninety days if you have a bad reaction. Just buy the kit at first, in case the Good Skin system doesn't work for you. Then you're only out $20.

Kohl's has a website that includes all their cosmetic and skincare products. It's www.kohls.com. As well as looking up products, you can actually buy them from that site.

A good site for looking up reviews of cosmetic/skincare products is www.makeupalley.com. Basically, people review products they've tried and disliked/liked. You have to create an account with Makeupalley, but they will never sell your information to third parties and send you advertisements.

Make sure to use a sunscreen on your face if you are out in the sun. This will prevent acne scars from forming/getting worse. Unfortunately, Kohl's sunscreens are greasy (I stay far away).

The Good Skin All Right line is the only thing that has ever completely cleared my skin. Natural products used to work, but eventually they just didn't keep up. Now, I don't have a single pimple on my face. I'm very lucky to have found something that works -- hopefully it will work for you as well. Good luck!Help! I have started developing really bad acne. Alright well your best bet is to get to a drugstore and buy some Neutrogena products. They are decent. I had used this foaming cleanser (it is in an orange tube and is Rapid Clear something or other) it worked very well and my face did start to clear up a bit after using it. Also make sure you buy the small tube of Neutrogena Rapid Clear鈩?Acne Eliminating Spot Gel. Even though they say you shouldn't pick at it , i always picked at the pimple and tried to get as much of the infection out as possible and then cleaned it and put some of the gel on it. It cleared up pretty quick for me! Another thing that might help you is look for Sulphur Soap and/or a good facial cleanser with Benzyl Peroxide in it. Goodluck , i know what your going through!
FOOD DOESNT AFFECT ACNE!!

but popping your pimples and picking at them makes them worse

Also you should exfoliate like one or twice a week

Don't worry too much about people looking at you

usually they don't notice as much as you think
try this Magic Peeling Glove - i have started using it - no creams or lotions needed - all natural

you can get it here - http://www.invisiblebra.com.au
talk to your doctor.

they might give you a special cream or wash,

antibiotics and sometimes, for women, they give the pill

which usually works really well.
buy some freedom for your acne
put ur face in the oven and bake it pizza boy, ha ha just kidding, do you sweat alot? try and kkep your face clean and sometimes food can make you break out too, like for some its chocolate that will make them get it, maybe something you eat, good luck
keep your hair and your hands off your face.
Try Vichy. It worked great for me.
take notice of your diet and what is eaten in excess when the breakouts occur
