Help my acne iz bad so how can i get CHEAP stuff that will work?

Also i use alot of hair productz but even if i dont put any thing in my hair i will break out so plz s0sHelp my acne iz bad so how can i get CHEAP stuff that will work?
Take a cotton ball with Witch Hazel on it and clean your face with it


then wash you face with ivory soap


then do the Witch Hazel again


and if you want put vitamin E oil on your face


if you do


leave it for about half an hour to an hour then wash with the soap and do the witch hazel again





ive been doing this everyday for about 2 weeks and ive seen trendous results.. way more than i have with any expensive product





just be sure to use witch hazel often

eat a healthy diet





drink plenty of water





fruits and vegetables are a must





cant get any cheaper then that








also wash your face daily, and use a moisturizer with spf

I dont recommend it if you have dry or sensitive skin
Also, keep your hair out of your face and don't touch your face. Spicy foods will make you break out, too.
if you can go to a doctor or dermatologist





also dab pure tea tree oil on your face
try neutrogena oil free acne wash


it works great and smells good too : )
