Does acne free 3 step kit work really well for oily skin and bad acne?

Proactive works well.

No matter what program you use, you've got to keep the dirt, oil and bacteria under control. That means scrubbing with very warm water and antibacterial soap every day, or maybe twice a day.

An old Chinese remedy: Take off anything metal (blocks energy). Get comfortable in front of the TV with lots of pillows. Put your left palm on your right calf, and your right palm on your left calf. Support your arms so they don't get tired, since the whole purpose of this exercise is to relax and let energy flow. Do this 30 minutes once or twice a day for several days. My son's (17) acne face turned into a baby's butt in just 2-3 days.

i will assume your speaking of proactiv? it works well. but if you dont get results within a week- get the clarifying night cream. i forget how it goes- one is benzol peroxide the other is retinol based. i cant do the regular lotion that comes with it- i buy the clarifying night cream.Does acne free 3 step kit work really well for oily skin and bad acne?
I've used it and it helps a little bit. Not a lot but the effect is noticeable.
I've used it before and no, it didn't help me. Proactiv has worked best for me.
yeah..im using it well..i mean you'll still have little..but not that much. but i would prefer proactive
I dont have bad acne or oily skin, but I randomly break out, and it works within 3 days for me, and everything is gone again. Its wonderful.
oh yah i have tryed it before and it works so well
YES!!

but not for me. i have average skin and no acne. so its to strong for me!

but it would be AWESOME for you!!
I work for a Cosmetic Company in Australia and TRUST ME i know my stuff. If you like the idea of destroying your beautiful face then by all means go with the cheap crap Proactive. But if you really want to tackle your acne then you need to go see a beauty therapist and get a good old fashioned facial. And have them examine your skin type, so as you can be prescibed product that wont damage the skin surface (proactive is designed to dry out the pores and because you apply it to the whole face it will do the same to the unaffected area's, yes they have moisturisers but for all intensive purposes your skin WILL dry out and once that happens you will most likely end up with other skin irritations) Go see a therapist OR go see your doctor if it is really bad. But do yourself a favour a stay away from Proactiv. If you want to follow the crowd fine, but do not use it for any longer then a week at a time and give it a break for 3 weeks. But again i would seriously recommend going to see someone else about it first.
I am not completely sure about the 3 step kit but I use Oxy which works well, and tooth past (non whitening) with baking soda in it is supposed to work.
it depends on how you take care of your face
