Is tinted moisturizer good or bad for skin with acne?

i've never used foundation before because its too heavy and oily for my skin. and i was wondering if tinted moisturizer will cover up my flaws while still not causing me to break out. which moisturizers are best if so.

It depends on what kind of tinted moisturizer you use. Cosmedicine makes a great tinted moisturizer for darker skin. Many foundations have oil-absorbing qualities which will reduce breakouts and shine. Rx for Brown Skin is a great product as well.





The other big thing to worry about is what you're using to wash your face. If you're not washing your face (or, alternately, if you're over-washing your face), it doesn't matter what you put on your face, it will still be oily and acne-prone.Is tinted moisturizer good or bad for skin with acne?
it wont help your acne at all, why dont you try powder/mineral makeup? thats your best bet, and get some concealer to put on some of your spots under the powder foundation.

oh me too.i have the same skin tone.i haven't tried tinted moisturizer before.
tinted moisturizers are good for your skin but will not give you enough coverage if you have acne.
