I have them on my forehead, I absolutely hate them! Well I had a good routine:





*Toner


*Cleaning pads for acne


*Moisturizer





I went to Paris for a couple of days and I forgot all about my routine which kept my skin clean. I got big red spots on my forehead. So the best thing is to stick to a routine and use products. DON'T touch you're pimples and spots, I know from experience that they get worse and they leave scars if you touch them!
