One of my really close guy friends has really bad acne ... What can he do?

He is suffering from really bad acne and i feel very sorry for him! he says he has been on the clinique acne line for a year and a half but it has not been working.





What can he do? Is there any products that will work? Will proactive work? Has it worked for you?





And remember he is a guy so i need oppinions from guys as well.





PS i already tried to help but i dont have severe acne problems.

he should go to a dermatologist and get prescription-strength medicine. They have topical medicine as well as pills so... just give him that advice
