Has anyone had a bad reaction from using Solugel Acne cream?

I over used it I think and now what started on my chin as a small rash has now spread all over my face. It isn't a red rash, just millions of bumps in my skin that sort of look just like acne, but clearly is a rash if you look closely.





I am going to a doctor on Tuesday but wasn't sure if there was a short term thing i can do to stop it spreading.Has anyone had a bad reaction from using Solugel Acne cream?
