Hi, im 14 2 weeks till im 15. I have quite a lot of acne on my face, back, chest and a bit on my neck. Does anyone have any good tips to overcome it? About 6 months ago i got a facial (i think?) and they cleared it all and gave me this cream, it disappeared, and then it slowly came back without me noticing, i need some factual tips.

I recommend a good cleanser and then use 'Advantage' by Clean and Clear. It is a little ($10 or under) silver tube that has been proven to help with 100% of users. It doesn't get rid of everyone's acne totally, it just makes everyones either go away, get smaller , and/or get less red. They do make a cleanser, and I would get it. They sell it at Walmart so it is easy to find. My 14 year old uses it all the time and it works great.
Drink heaps of water :)
It helps because it gets rid of all of your bodies bad toxins when you go to the toilet and if your not drinking enough water, then the toxins can come out onto your face, leading to a breakout.
Just try and drink at least 2 litres.

Go ask a Dermatologist. He/She will help you with your acne. They will probably give you some medicine.

Wash your face with antibacterial soap once a day. It worked and still works for me.
you should go see your doctor, i had the same problem with very sore acne on my chest and back, they can subscribe tablets for you that will clear them up in a matter of weeks an although they come back, they never come back even nearly as bad. i still have some on my back an im 21 but its not sore at all. as you get older theyll disappear anyway, so mayb youll have to live with them for the time being, a friend of mine swore by sudocream so if your not willing to go to the doctor u could chance that. other than that drink loads of water, exercise an try forget about your spots!
Murad and Bath and Body works makes a great body acne wash it sounds like it would be ideal for your neck/chest and back.
You use it with a brush on a stick (Found there too).
Also just be consistent with a 'regime' an acne face wash, toner and spot treat acne - AM and before bed. Don't skip or get lazy.
The harder fight you put up the better your skin will be.
Try Murad, Clinique 3 step, Proactiv or Skin ID.
Next time if you go back to get a facial ask the person what kind of skin you have and what skin care you can get yourself for your type.
I would suggest washing your face regularly, and going for extra showers. Its not that I'm calling you dirty but your skin may need that.
maybe you need a small change in your foods, but that always depends what you eat. Try to see if the foods you ate the other day have any affect towards your skin. There's always avocado, just pick some up and slap the green on your face, this fruit has does help your skin. But it might not help with the acne.
You know it could be hormones too. Hey it could even be your environment.

I use a scrub called Brasivol Fine off the doctors. It makes my skin really smooth and really does work.
exercise is great for your skin. Also, there is a skin gel you can get from the dr that called metrosa, for the skin condition rosecea. but honestly, go to the dr, and im sure they'll be keen to help get your skin under control.
It is very normal. Try to keep yourself as clean as possible. Try not to burst any acne which has puss like thing.
You're still growing up and its all because of hormones are changing in your body.
Try to avoid coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cheese for few months.
Your body needs a change from hot and oily substance.
