Over the years, i've gotten bad acne on my chest and arms and squeezing has resulted in bad scarring, any help?

I have a lot of mostly whitish scars all over my chest and arms. Whenever I get hot or sweat or workout, they get very red. I have tried microdermabrasion and tried a chemical peel once. Neither really worked. I tried mederma scar cream and even tried this neutrogina 'scar patch'. Nothing seems to be working. I would prefer to not have to go through the effort and expense of laser surgery. Does anyone know of any effective methods of acne scar removal (for the arms and chest)? I would be very happy if I could even decrease how bad they look (not necessarily totally get rid of). PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!Over the years, i've gotten bad acne on my chest and arms and squeezing has resulted in bad scarring, any help?
try vitamin E capsules, open them and rub the liquid on scars:) if not try a dermatologist.Over the years, i've gotten bad acne on my chest and arms and squeezing has resulted in bad scarring, any help?
I would tell you first to go to your dermatologist and have him/she pescribe something or try proactive they have body creams and washes that will really help. I have in my bathroom now the face line and the body and let me tell you the commerical doesn't lie this stuff really works. you will be shocked how diffrent your skin will look . I really think you should try it because once you use it you will keep coming back for more and more trust me it is worth your money before I didn't belive it until I tried it!
Hi,

How many microdermabrasion sessions did you have? Because in order to see real results, you should have at least 6 treatments performed. I'm having microderma done for about 3 years now and I am very satisfied with the results. All my acne scars on my face and decollete are almost gone. O also use at home microderma kits and together with the professional procedure, I have nice results. People around me say I look a few years younger too.

Hope this helps.
this might sound a little weird but try listerene. it should clear it up. if not, try jack black oil control lotion.
are you sure it's not what i call ';chicken skin'; which is really a cell build up around the hair follicles? if so don't pick/pop it!

i suggest using lotion to help it.

(i have no clue how to get rid of scars)

p.s. are the bumps/';acne'; little whitish bumps that look like skin? if so leave em alone
My mom has the same problem. what you need to do is go to a dermatologist and they will prescibe somthing that will help. Trust me!
