How do you get rid of really bad acne?

i have acne scars and really bad acne on back i have no clue on how to get rid of it any adviceHow do you get rid of really bad acne?
Absolutely.

Acne is a huge issue, it's uncomfortable, and makes us feel awkward in certain social situations... and it can sometimes be a booger to get rid of.

I always offer the same advice, and ... thus far, I've not heard of it failing... so, I'll tell you what I tell everybody else.

First, your skin is delicate. If you do too much to it, it's going to get irritated, and fight back (get red, puffy, sore, and acne). So, do as little as you possibly can to your skin (ONE exfoliator, ONE lotion... always the same type...).

Then... to treat the acne, I always recommend benzoyl peroxide. It's not the same as regular peroxide, so you'll have to look around... you'll find it in the store, near the pharmacy or beauty stuff -- wherever the face washes are.

It'll be in a small bottle, it's just a cream that you put on... it comes in different strengths (strong isn't always better, I usually go with the 5%). Just follow the directions... clean your skin... dab it on. I usually do it once in the morning and once in the evening.

I wouldn't recommend using it with other acne products like clearasil or cetaphil because the different products contain different chemicals (several contain the equivalent of crushed aspirin)... and the more chemicals you smear all over your poor skin, the more irritated it will be.How do you get rid of really bad acne?
People suffering from mild or moderate body acne, I heartily recommend the Clear Pores System. Hard to treat cases are better left to a dermatologist鈥檚 skills, although ClearPores is certainly up to the task.

The best way to treat acne is to cleanse the skin with a solution containing Salicylic Acid and SD Alcohol 40. The ClearPores body and face washes contain these two excellent ingredients, which are accompanied by the well-known Aloe Vera (to soothe the skin and help the healing process), Dandelion Root and Yellow Dock.

See its official site: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickth鈥?/a>

Also...keep your body skin clean every day and be careful not to trigger acne or rashes by wearing very tight clothing or heavy backpacks. If you feel your clothing, backpack or purse is causing you skin problems, then start thinking about alternatives.
Go see a dermatologist. they can help you, even though it may be a bit spendy...
Salicylic acid (from the Latin word for the willow tree, Salix, from whose bark it can be obtained) is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) with the formula C6H4(OH)CO2H, where the OH group is adjacent to the carboxyl group. This colorless crystalline organic acid is widely used in organic synthesis and functions as a plant hormone. It is derived from the metabolism of salicin. It is probably best known as a compound that is chemically similar but not identical to the active component of aspirin.

(from wikipedia)

salicylic acid does not equal aspirin and is a very effective cleanser and exfoliant used in many different types of skin care products including dandruff shampoos. Benzoyl Peroxide will be very effective...for about a month or two and then the problem will come right back because the molecule is too large to be absorbed by the pores and if an acne treatment does not penetrate deep into the pore where most of the dirt, oil, and bacteria are then it will not permanantly solve the problem. My husband used to have severe acne to the point where he would have large pimples with dark patches left on his face when the blemishes healed and left behind a build up of skin. He used a product called Clear.now which is a three part system (wash lotion and toner) which contains salicylic acid and sodium chlorite. In about two weeks his skin was almost completely clear and after about a month breakouts became rare, this was about three years ago and the acne has not returned. Lastly, I would highly reccommend that if you have severe acne and over the counter medicines do not help, a trip to the dermatologist will do a world of good.
Chemical Peels are designed only for light acne scar cases or very mild acne scarring making it is the least likely method of treatment to improve acne scars.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .
Yeaw umm the first thing you do is get Acne Free brand acne stuff, and use that. If that doesn't work, get a piece of garlic, and a band aid, put a little bit of garlic on the band aid, and then put it on the acne. Now if THAT doesn't work, use ducktape.
