Is Kefir good or bad for acne?

I've been told dairy triggers acne, but that Kefir is good for your skin. I'm a little confused because Kefir is dairy? Any help?Is Kefir good or bad for acne?
Yoghurt and kefir are not normal dairy. They are fermented. The sugar levels are reduced. They contain many yeasts good for health .

Kefir grains are a combination of bacteria and yeasts in a matrix of proteins, lipids, and sugars. Today, kefir is becoming increasingly popular due to new research into its health benefits. Many different bacteria and yeasts are found in the kefir grains, which are a complex and highly variable community of micro-organisms.For instance, kefir over-ripened (which increases the sour taste) significantly increases folic acid content.Kefir also aids in lactose digestion as a catalyst, making it more suitable than other dairy products for those who are lactose intolerant. The kefiran in kefir has been shown to suppress an increase in blood pressure and reduce serum cholesterol levels in rats.

I live somewhere Middle East- here Kefir and also yoghurt are considered semi medicines. They are natural antibiotics, kill the germs, make you strong, make your intestines healthy. Even most people with milk intolerance can consume them, because there is no lactose.

But, even so, I've never heard of its being good for skin problems.

Here is what I found from www.acne.org

Kefir's ample supply of phosphorus, the second most abundant mineral in our bodies, helps utilize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins for cell growth, maintenance and energy.

Kefir is rich in Vitamin B12, B1, and Vitamin K. It is an excellent source of biotin, a B Vitamin which aids the body's assimilation of other B Vitamins, such as folic acid, pantothenic acid, and B12. The numerous benefits of maintaining adequate B vitamin intake range from regulation of the kidneys, liver and nervous system to helping relieve skin disorders, boost energy and promote longevity

They claim that it reduces acne. I didn't know that.Is Kefir good or bad for acne?
Most people who are allergic to dairy have troubles digesting casein which is present in goat and cow Kefir. However, you can make coconut kefir that is extrememly healthful and pretty tasty.
