topical applications are not enough. go to a dermtalogists for some anti-biotics. if those dont work the doc might give u accutane or contracptive pills.
this works for me- every night i wash my face and liberally dust a prickly heat powder on my face. it kills bacteria and absorbs excess oil.
u could be milk intolerant. try avoiding it and c. sugar is another culprit.
also never allow yourself to constipate. take castor oil if you cant go. because even one day of not 'going ' causes eruptions.
but do go to a dermatologists. newer and better medicatons keep coming into the market that work on the most persistant acne!I Have bad acne and i need help getting rid if it :( help!?

theres many ways of getting rid of acne. well. . .u can start by eating healthy or healthier. try eating fruits(mostly apples because the skin on apples have pectin on it which helps clear skin),fresh vegetables,peanuts(plain, not salted), seeds,drinking lots of water, and exercising daily. maybe eat salads, or grilled chicken just try to keep away from greasy foods, soda, candy, chips, etc. ;) by eating healthier and drinking lots of water ---%26gt; your acne should be clearer in a week or two. i hope i help! :D
It is very easy.If you have oily skin need careful about your meal.just go to the pharmacy and buy ACNE ACID a soap an use as it directed.this is overthe counter medicine so you do not need a prescription.This will curu you I am sure.Goog luck.
If it is severe then you should sure go and visit the dermatologist. If it is manageable then you can try some herbal acne cream along with herbal face wash.
