I've been told that by my doctor. This might sound strange but i started using suave natural shampoo to wash my face, cuz that's what i use to wash my hair and my face has been clear for about 6 mths with the exception of that time of the month. It really helps.Is drinking cafeine products bad for acne?
Sure is...especially since most caffeinated products have a lot of sugar in them.
