Is gelatin in a multivitamin bad for my acne?
ok so i take a multi vitamin but i also have mild acne, i heard that gelatin and iodine in vitamins can make acne worse, is this true? also i wanted to take a skin hair and nails vitamin but they have alot of gelatin so does anyone know if it really does cause acne? thanks so much!!!Is gelatin in a multivitamin bad for my acne?
